Event styling and production, with a bit of Magasin
With love for colour, vintage and sustainability, Merlijn, founder of Magasin plus Couleur, now also offers tailor made event styling.
Working in the events business as a supplier of tableware and as an event producer during her 9-5, Merlijn figured out the ins and outs of event production and styling.
Over the years she met a lot of people working in the creative industry, which always comes in handy when organising an event.
We love helping out with a tailor made plan, ranging from (designing) personalised items, getting everything ready during the day, making time schedules, keeping in touch with the suppliers and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Rebranding event
June 2025 we launched the rebranding of Magasin plus Couleur. We wanted to have a small and personal gathering to celebrate the brand. In the design of the set we wanted to give a nostalgic feeling. The feeling of having a dinner outside in the summer sun while the laundry is drying in the summer breeze. The colours used for the event reflect the new brand colours: orange, pink & aubergine.
Opening studio donge
For the opening of studio donge we took care of the event styling. The main colour we focused on was ice blue. We wanted to make a 'light' styling by using see through fabric for the draping on the ceiling & the table. The branded cards were also produced by us.
