Vintage quality

All items are vintage or secondhand, which means that there is a possibility that some items have some signs of use. This will always be mentioned on the page of the product and keep this in mind when you purchase the item. Colors on the pictures may also deviate from the original product, we try to photograph them as true to color as possible. You are always entitled to ask for more pictures, just let me know through instagram or e-mail (info@magasinpluscouleur.com).

Shipping

There are two possibilites regarding collecting your items. You can let them ship to your house with DHL (5,95 for NL) or if you live close you can choose to pick them up in Amsterdam. After completing your order, I will contact you regarding the pick up appointment.

We will always pack our items with care, use recycled bubble wrap and use fragile stickers for the box. However, as we sell fragile items, it cannot always be ruled out that things will go well during shipment. Keep this in mind. Please get in touch when you're items got damaged during shipment.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the order. Let us know beforehand that you will return some items and which ones. Please return them unused and in the original packaging. Costs of shipping is for your own bill. If the items return damaged, then no refund will be given to the buyer. You can also bring them back to me, just let me know in the e-mail and we can schedule a bring-back appointment.

Damages

Magasin plus Couleur is not liable for damage caused by third parties or for consequential damage caused by misuse or by a defect not foreseeable for Magasin plus Couleur.

VAT

All prices on the website are including VAT. Let me know if you need an invoice in case you are shopping as a company. Invoices are always provided when you want to rent tableware.
